Kickboxing

Zenbudo Kickboxing is a fitness-focused striking program designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength, coordination, and confidence, while teaching the core fundamentals of kickboxing. Instruction is led by Colt Savard, who is an International Sports Sciences Association certified instructor for Kickboxing, ensuring training methods are safe, structured, and grounded in sound fitness principles. Classes emphasize proper punching and kicking mechanics, footwork, balance, pad work, and full-body conditioning in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

While the primary focus is fitness and personal development, students also learn correct stance, guard, movement, and striking fundamentals that provide a strong technical foundation. Participants are not required to compete, but a controlled environment for sparring will be done in class. Those who choose to pursue advanced training or professional combat sports in the future will be well prepared to do so. There will be opportunities where guest Kickboxing coaches will come give advanced lessons to help better your foundation.
